Opioid Addiction Treatment

My practice offers state-of-the-art buprenorphine (Suboxone) assisted treatment for opioid addiction.

If you are interested in making a new patient appointment, please contact the office at (828) 232-1994 so that we can briefly discuss your situation.  If it seems likely that I can be of assistance to you in my practice, we can then set up an initial consultation.

Prior to the initial appointment, please review the Buprenorphine Information and Buprenorphine Consent forms.  Please bring the latter form to your appointment so that it may be completed after the initial assessment, assuming it is appropriate to proceed with treatment.  Please also complete and bring the general forms listed on the Appointments page prior to the first appointment.
